Very slow seeding

I have very slow seeding speeds (max. 3.0 kB/s, normally around 0.3 kB/s) and I can't fix it.
Through Google I found some options to solve this problem but none of them helped in my case.

Or are these speeds normal on BakaBT because so many people are seeding?

it is ratehr normal speed for BBT. We have so many seeders and some use Seedbox. So seeding from your own computer a very popular torrent doesn't get youu much UL. it also is slow. You need to seed on times others don't and a bit more unpopular torrents, to get proper UL credits, also, is someone seeds via seedbox, it takes off your UL speed. I tend to call it cheat box

My box seeds at pretty high speeds, but I dunno. I never had a problem even on my home connection. As long as I had some popular torrents I could easily max out my upload.

Best way to get upload is to jump on torrents that were just uploaded. Jumping on things here before they get a lot of seeds, or if you can find something here with low seeds and high leech.

Are you having any connectivity problems with the tracker? Are you seeding fine elsewhere?

well, in my case, i just leave my PC to seed BBT torrent non-stop, literally...
but now cant, cuz im at boarding school...

I max out my connection by seeding every torrent I've ever downloaded here 24/7 (currently 826.3 gigabytes).

Also because bonus points.

i've a problem with seeding the seeding bar is red and it doesn't seed
the only anime i could seed was dling a torrent from a other site with everything the same as the torrent in bakabt
than change the tracking to the bakabt's

but some torrents in baka isn't the same as the one from the other sites,but i want to seed all my files

any help ?

Except, with everything else you've said, the problem is basically that you are doing something that is not allowed.

You can't do that. Download the .torrent files from BakaBT if you want to seed to BakaBT. Do not redownload the files in the torrent unless you really have to.
How to re-seed.

You can only seed things on BakaBT that are tracked by BakaBT. In other words, if BakaBT does not have what you have, you cannot seed what you have on BakaBT.

We have said on multiple occasions to disable auto-updates. No one ever reads or listens.
