Help In Putting Image On Signature

Perhaps this kind of problem is kinda horrible but really can anyone tell me how to put an image display on the signature?..i tried embedded the image's link by copying the link and pasting it on the signature but it doesn't work and only the link were showed can anybody assisted me with this kind of problem?..
