Bonus Points acting like rabbits?

I keep seeing major jumps in points in just a couple hours after looking last.. I mean like jumps of 100-200 and sometimes 300 points. And yet I rarely see any of my seeds go bonus, unless they keep going bonus when I am not looking.. o,o
Is this normal for such erratic and sporadic increases in bonus points? As the jumps are not always constant.

Quite normal, don't worry about it. Especially on small torrents such as manga.
