Downgrading utorrent

Hi.

I accidentally clicked update utorrent (had 2.2.1 and it upgraded to 3.2.3) To downgrade i read that you had to get the old version and just install it. I click install but it wont start anyone knows what the problem is?

Edit: Problem is solved.

Did you uninstall 3.2.3 first, before you installed 2.2.1 again ?

Maybe it's different for pre-3.## versions, but downgrading from 3.2.2 to 3.2.1 (before the former was on the whitelist) just let me install the older version over it.
