Why can't I download anything?

Recently when I try to download a torrent (like Steel Ball Run and Hight School of the Dead soundtrack) I can't see any seeders on mTorrent, therefore the download rate is 0%. What is the problem?

Probably that you don't seed, just leech, your rate is actually under 0.5, which I believe should stop you from downloading.

He hasn't been warned yet, which means he should still be able to download.

If mtorrent stand for utorrent, what version are you using ? What's the tracker status when you download one ? Is it only leeching that doesn't work, or can't you seed either ?

Any info would prove useful.

He's most likely just using µtorrent 3.2.3 as most people with problems.

Solution: Read up, downgrade, be happy

Or change to another client which is whitelisted...

Yeah, mtorrent (my mistake, I wanted to type μtorrent) stands for utorrent. After making this thread and before any reply was made I installed the latest version, 3.2.3. At first I still had the same problem but after shutting down my pc, the next time I opened it, voila! The torrents started to be downloaded normally. So for the time being I'm ok. In case I have the same problem again I'll try installing an older version.

Well, they just white-listed that version, so that's probably why it started working...
