Moving files from old comp to new one

I have read the Wiki entry regarding re-seeding files with bittorrent, yet after following the instructions the process fails at the force re-check. The file is supposed to check itself from 0% up to 100% but it doesn't even start and is in a constant state of stopped 0.0%.

I have made no change to the folders names or files they are unchanged.
