Critique my encode?

I couldn't find a good dual audio version of GitS 2.0. I decided to make my own. Looks OK to me. No plans to offer it or anything, I was just wondering if i could get some opinions. I didn't use any filters, because quite frankly i have no idea which to use. I have only ever used filters for glaring problems.

Before im asked. I put tons of subs in it because.. i felt like it lol

- Eng ASS for the poem at the beginning
- Full Eng ASS from the Japanese Bluray. Stolen from the Zhentarim DivX (ZX) encode.  :police:
- 480p IDX/SUB converted from the original subs on disc
- 720p IDX/SUB converted from the original subs on disc
- 720p SUP (PGS) converted from the original subs on disc
- 1080p SUP (PGS) original subs from the disc
- My own SRT

Just my opinions on the subs (Jap. audio):

-There seems to be nothing displayed when using the first sub.
-Second seems to be the most accurate.
-Your sub's font looks the best, but the timing is off.

As I know nothing much (let alone audio encoding), I'll quickly take my leave now. ;D

First track is only the poem in the beginning of the movie so you will not see anything in the sample. "My" subs are SRT so they are any font your media player says they are. They have the same timing as the bluray.
