Downloading and Seeding

Hey!
So i didn't realise you had to seed a certain amount and i have been warned for it, after reading this i tried to download some anime to get rid of the warning and found that every anime i try to download doesn't work. I don't think i have been banned but i really don't want to lose this site, so can anyone help me and think of a solution as to why THIS site's downloads won't actually work but others will?

(Also, i tried to download a random file that had like over 700 seeds and it still wouldn't work)

New to this site aswell and wouldn't mind knowing how this works aswell, I've seeded so far but I'd wouldn't mind the ratio of seeding you have to do
