Quote from: AniDB
The story follows the daily life of naive Editor-in-Chief Hana and Japan's cutest manga editors as they attempt to realize their dream of launching the #1 manga magazine — even though they have zero experience in actually editing manga.

It's probably a play on manga and gaaru (girl in Japanese). Mangaaru. In English it does sound like it means something totally different though, I agree :P

But it sounds entertaining enough, I guess. Doubt it's going to hold anyone's attention for long, but a nice little diversion.

That title had me expecting something completely different :P

It sounds like its going to be entertaining. The girls look pretty cute too.

I found it somewhat better than Ai Mai Mii, though not by much. Not sure if it's the shortness, the adaptation itself, or the source material that sucks, but I'll have to see if this show gets better or if it becomes another dud.

This is a great companion piece to Bakuman, I think. Just make one of the girls the editor in chief, and the others as the editors. Okay, now I want to hear a switched soundtrack of the two mixed up. lol
