Two words, Gangnam Style.

So many parodies, so many stuff related too it, too many people in my area that listen to it and almost every radio station in god damn Germany has it running. Enough said.

Same goes with this random Harlem Shake crap, it's everywhere now.

For a couple weeks I heard it at the gym every day. Though to be honest I don't mind it too much.

The radio was never good, the internet just wasn't has much of a hotbed of music before.
I think radio was at least decent in the late 90s to early 00s. I started despising radio when they began to talk more frequently at the beginning and end of songs and even cut out whole parts of the song...

Aside from those few I've already mentioned that I've read personally and enjoyed --- V for Vendetta, Maus, Transmetropolitan. and most definitely the Scott Pilgrim series.
But honestly, I'm not all that knowledgeable on the subject -- Vertigo comics seems a good bet based on my experience with them.
Thanks! I finished the Scott Pilgrim series in two days after having watched the movie, and I've been meaning to check out Transmetropolitan. Maus looks interesting too.

If you want another tip, The Incal is a great graphic novel, which you can finish in an evening.

Spawn was one of the series that sparked my interest in comics as an adult.  It also helped that Iced Earth did an album passed on the character.
It took an hour to write; I figured it'd take an hour to read.

Let's see
 - Avatar this has to be the most unoriginal movie James Cameron ever put out
 - Prometheus this thing is just an insult to the first Alien
 - Skyrim this game has flaws down to it's core programming, and it's shameful to call it AAA, yet it's still GotY for some reason
 - Minecraft I don't get it, why would I wanna build shit out of bad textured blocks? I can just go into Maya and build the real thing
 - Eric Roberts this has no rational basis, I just find him incredibly annoying, this is true for Shia LaBeouf aswell, to some extent
 - Milk as in the dairy product, yes, again no rational reason

Can't think of anything else atm.

I wasn't particularly fond of Avatar or Prometheus either. And didn't care a hoot over Watchmen or Spawn.

But we could go with mega-chain restaurants that are always so crowded, and I just hate the idea of even eating there. I'd like to see a pasta restaurant done like Japanese teppanyaki, where the chef makes the pasta from scratch right in front of you, and boils it and whatever bing-bang! ba-da-boom! I wish I had a better kitchen I could do that for guests. I might have friends that way! lol
Timing is everything in comedy!

In all fairness, despite its many flaws, Facebook does have its uses. I'm part of a team that's been organising a real ale festival (opening tomorrow), expecting around 1000 guests or so, and with a ridiculous amount of organisation involved - and if it weren't for Facebook, I'm not sure how we'd have managed it. It really is invaluable as an organisational and project management tool, in my experience.

I've also found it useful for talking to people currently studying at the Japanese university I'm going to next year, who I would otherwise have never met.

Facebook is good if you have reason to associate socially. If you don't want to, or don't need to, then it is quite useless. it has flaws, but so does human interaction. Finding WHAT you want to use it for is sort of the challenge. I feel the same way about Twitter.

I'm gunna leave you anyway.

You guys don't seem to be aware of things under the hood, but I'm not gonna start a rant about facebook on this thread.
Twitter I have no problems with though.
