Captain Crunch, Frosted Flakes, Lucky Charms, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Fruit Loops, any cereal with marshmallows, frosting, or overt sugar rushes all just left me kind of despondent and anxious until lunch. So I never cared for sugary cereals.
Apparently having Cheerios or plain oatmeal with a side of yogurt and a banana everyday was... dorky?

I don't really dig the other cereals you've mentioned.
Also, I'm like Corn Flakes > Cheerios.
