Nah, a couple of Tylenol PM will achieve the same result, with the added benefit that a cup of tea or coffee first thing in the morning counteracts whatever lingering effects remain.

Facebook (seems I'm not alone) - Why do people feel the need to publish their crimes and ass-holery? Why do people raise their Internet profiles like that, then complain when they can't undo what they've accomplished? Or that dead people leave a legacy on there that their living relatives and friends can't effectively remove. Keep it away from me!

i envy you living on a cold country.
Its rare to be less +22celsius here on Brasil.
