that's not a group, just a custom title - he's a normal Power User like anyone else.

I don't see anywhere I could set it myself, so I assume it's not something to do with just being a Power User.

custom users titles are given by staff to users that make a noteworthy impact on the bakabt community.
and yes, that means both positive and negative.

a basic rule of thumb is that if you are asking for one you either never get one or one in the second category
