Inu to Hasami wa Tsukaiyo

Description: There’s nothing in the world more enjoyable than reading for Harumi Kazuhito. He spends his days with his head buried in books. But one night when he was enjoying a good story in a café, a violent robber comes in and threatens the people inside. Kazuhito is not the hero type but something came over him and he tried to subdue the robber only to get killed. When he came to, he was reborn as a dog under the care of one of the customers who was in the café that night, Natsuno Kirihime. Through some kind of connection, Kirihime can hear Kazuhito’s thoughts as a dog. Unfortunately for Kazuhito, Kirihime has a bit of a sadistic personality and a thing for scissors.

I like the description. I like the female.

This just sounds so cruel. Dude dies a hero and comes back as a dog under the care of a sadist?

I'm assuming he remembers his previous life so just think of the mental anguish one would be in. And if he remembers his previous life then wouldn't that be confusing as to what species he should go into heat for? Does he just switch to humping dogs or engage in bestiality?

I'd want to run out in front of a car.

HS released first episode. . . seems pretty mediocre but watchable nonetheless. . . the female character is appealing to some extent

I'm happy with the first episode! They had a lot of "introduction" to do, and carried it out without being dull? That's a good sign!

Think of the girl's position: She's sitting there one day and suddenly someone else's thoughts fill her head! A dog's thoughts! It's not like she can plug her ears or something, and it doesn't matter how near/far he is either!
I'd consider murder as the first option too! Unless it was a cat! Then I'd be in heaven! (lolz, probably not!)

They seem to have found a nice balance with the silly, the story and the cute. With a heavy dose of "fan service" to boot!
