Seeding Problem: Uploaded way more than what is being displayed on my details

I am new here and I have very much enjoyed my experience here. As I've been able to download a lot of stuff in 1080p that I couldn't before, I am very pleased. So I have been pretty much seeding everything I've gotten [minus a couple stuff that has 0 peers].

My problem is the details listing how much I've uploaded do not match what utorrent says I've uploaded, and some of them have enormous gaps. Here's a screenshot:

I uploaded 492 MB, bakabt says i uploaded 328 MB

ef - a tale of memories. (1080p 10-bit) [ANE]
I uploaded 301 MB, bakabt says I uploaded 229 MB

Kampfer (1080p) [CoalGirls]
I uploaded 163 MB, bakabt says I uploaded 134 MB

ef - a tale of melodies. (1080p 10-bit) [ANE]
I uploaded 93.7 MB, bakabt says I uploaded 848 KB only

etc...

Anyone can let me know why some of them have such huge discrepancies?

I looked through the first couple pages in this forum but haven't really found my exact problem, or maybe I'm over looking it, if so sorry.

It had to do with something like not exiting explicitly or during backup periods.
Maybe someone else can clarify.

Discrepancies just happen, really... There's not much anyone can do about it.

On the plus side, the same issues tend to mean you lose some download counting as well.  N/A to 1080p obviously.
