can you give me some tips?

So i really didn't bothered reading the rules of downloading torrents and seeding and I have been warned, in order to get rid of the warning I started seeding the files I downloaded. But there are 2 files which I deleted from my torrent downloader and I don't know how to bring it back there so I could seed them also, can anyone help me?
Also, I know how to seed but I don't know what is leeching and how to do it any help would be appreciated :)

Not sure on the first part, but leeching is the downloading of the torrent file. The aim of all this is to have more of your files seeding than leeching (not as easy as it sounds running on ADSL... finally got my rating up to 0.8 by seeding all the time only to have it drop right back down because I wanted to download something new to watch :P back to the seeding we go!) so it's not something that you really need to work on being able to do, it just happens. Please correct me if I'm wrong there.

thanks for that, stopped from leeching and started seeding for now .. :)
hopefully by evaluation time i could leech again .. gonna be leeching and seeding everything now ..

The actual data, or just the torrents? The latter can be re-entered to the client.
