Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG - Tachikoma na Hibi

Is there actually any release from this? Couldn't find it on the main site, normally they aired after the show although the main release doesn't seem to have it.
Is it somewhere to watch or to download?

Yes they are, but seems that the thora version doesn't include them, does any other releases have them?

Hm the version I watched some time ago had them, it had dual audio, it wasn't from this tracker though.
I found the first season:
koukaku kidoutai ghost in the shell s a c s1 tachikomatic days ozc
but I imagine you already knew about this and that's why you specified 2nd Gig in the title.
Ok so the comments on this version lead me to believe it has them at the end:

Another question is: did anyone ever released:

Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - The Laughing Man - Tachikoma no Hibi
Because those I can't find any material on, on the original question I found till episode 7 on youtube but the titles mentioned above seems no where to be released, is this correct or am I just bad at searching these things?
