by the way, straight to the topic
i downloaded the torrent, and open it..
but it's not downloading..
why is that so?
is it related with my download total?
my status in bakabt is..

how can i download again?

Your issue has probably nothing to do with bakabt's status display, more like how much seeders the torrent you're trying to download has, and/or the client you are using.

You should check if the torrent has at least a few seeders, and not a huge amount of leechers.

there should be at least one seeder, and you don't seem to be warned either... which client do you use, and in which version? For example, µTorrent 3.3 isn't whitelisted yet.

still can't download until now, while i were like this since about 2 weeks ago..
if i download something from bakabt..
it's status will only be "Finding peers"
and even i wait for 1 hour.. it's still like that.. @_@

Wait for it to be whitelisted (which could be every day now), install an older version or get another torrent client that's whitelisted altogether
