No, I'd say it's far more likely that it's SignAvatar, or some combination of SignAvatar+Photobucket. You could try this instead if you're lazy: http://www.random-image.net/

But the suggestion I gave earlier is the best solution.

000webhost are total douchebags. I've used them before... and I don't recommend them. They'll randomly permanently ban you for seemingly no reason, and don't offer backups or anything. I've lost 3 or 4 different phpBB forums with them for guilds that were just completely lost when absolutely no rule was broken.

I should have listened, I received this message when I've only used the site to host my avatar and signature:

Edit: 0fees.net doesn't seem to be much better, the images won't load.

0fees.net is also a bad website and is not advised to go there according to WOT.
