So it seems that i only have it on this site but when i download something the upload is will not go past 0.9 KB/s and after the torrent gets finished downloading the upload stops completely and does not seed at all.It happens on both a VPS and My regular computer.

You'll get more upload speed if you seed more stuff.

You can see the stats of most people with good ratios, as well as what they are torrenting. Take a look at their torrent lists and compare them to yours.

That's not my problem. The problem is that i can't seed when the torrent stops downloading the seeding cuts off.
And even when im downloading the upload speed is only at around 0.1-0.9 Kb/s.
So how can i seed lol?

... Yes, that is your problem.

When you are downloading, you actively seek people out to trade data with. Once you've completed, your client shifts its attention to other torrents. You might be able to reduce the effects of dropped connectivity by forwarding your ports properly, but don't expect major changes.

This is a minor issue compared to the big picture. If you know how the BitTorrent protocol works and how leecher and seeder counts matter, you'd see why your lack of torrents is your problem.

Also be aware that certain torrents will bring drastically different upload speeds throughout the day. At times no one is requesting the file. At times loads of people are. People sleep and don't actively look for torrents to download. My Monster torrent brings between .2kb/s and 500kb/s upload depending on the time of day.

As math will also tell you, if there are a total of 20 apples and you only have 1, the chance of someone picking your apple is lower than if you had 15 apples. Take a look at the freeleech stuff. A lot of 1080p torrents are freeleech as well as files under 100mb.

Have you checked the settings on your program to see if it's set to upload slowly, and shut off after a certain percentage has been uploaded?
