So I've been in the red status for a long time.

I never talked that not being able to download anything anymore was a problem... its supposed to be a good thing for people who download your torrents to be part of the community, and seeing it grow. If you don't like people to join and consider the ratio a way to keep them afar, its your option. But in case you didn't notice I've been trying to help making things better lol... xDD
If you really want me to start with the speech "oh! poor me i can't download cause of my ratio q.q" i can do that too just to make all your rage have some sort reason of being for much wicked it may be. I like wicked things after all xD.
Now if you say something like "your idea sucks cause even if you don't have leechers you can seed plants in a garden and increase your ratio" well, at least it wouldn't create a bad mood and i would get the message.
Anyway, i wont download from the public torrents cause now my computer is just full and i cant delete, all important stuff.
Just have a nice hot cocoa and cool your self down =)

Nope, no rage. Just exhausted by people who can't read the Wiki or any of the 1st page of threads on this subforum. Why 36-point type? Because the other fellow obviously had missed my comment about BakaBT being a public tracker (you'll note, he did see it the 2nd time! lol)...

You'd actually contribute a lot more as a public leecher than as a seeder, at least in the short term. Everyone always complains about torrents being overseeded, but at the same time no one wants to leech, so it's like a vicious positive feedback cycle in the push for that higher ratio.
Remember that you can always seed back publicly too, which is also preferred, but for a different reason.

I'd LOVE to leech all the torrents\anime i still want to see if that wouldn't lower even more my ratio xDDD (also need to buy an external HD <.<), and seed it back after, obviously (a).
For now i think that everyone in this situation, if they read this topic, it will cover it all up.
Still, i think my suggestion of making the Over-Seeded torrents freeleech would make the actual seeders happy cause they would gain leechers, and it wouldn't make the leechers fall to ruin once they finish the download(like me) cause of ratio not coming back when its finished downloading and its their turn to seed.
I also think that the user page could have a suggestion space for users with high ratio and that are seeding too many torrents, suggesting that (if they want to pick some torrent to stop seeding, for any sort of reason) which torrents are in less need of seeding and that he could opt for those with higher seeders\leechers ratio to stop seed, that would give some chance for the seeders that are actually in some need of seeding.
...I hope I'm giving good ideas xDD

There are plenty of fixes and suggestions already on the forum and wiki that cover most of all seeding issues. You just have to search.
