Hi I don't know if BakaBT has any teamspeak/ventrilo type of servers but I can offer one that I'm admin in. If it gets really popular we can make more admin/moderator users and more channels. Please feel free to join and let me know if you have any suggestions.

But just to throw this out there, these types of things kill forums.

Instead of posting on the forum people will start to just talk in -insert chat here- and then the forum starts becoming dead. I've seen it happen to a lot of forums. So while it's a nice sentiment, I think things like this only end up being bad for forums.

Albeit, VoIP servers are rarely ever used even on massively popular forums.

Yea I enjoy the forum and being in it, the voice chat would just be a bonus to nerd out vocally

The point is you wouldn't be able to enforce such a rule and if you did people wouldn't use the teamspeak.

We used to have a vent server. I was very used to vent since I used it for the last 6 years or so and barely merged to team speak. But now that I've gotten used to it I think it's a little more user friendly because it'll use open gl to let you know who's in the channel and who's talking while your in a game. That option can be disabled though. And when it comes to resources I think it also uses less then vent. Try it

There's a few IRC servers associated with Baka, it hasn't killed the forum entirely yet.

This is a big site. It kills the smaller sites that have mainly a group of about 10-20 active posters in the off topic sections.
