help. i cant upload/download anymore.

I bought a new laptop and i can't upload or download anymore.
I have no problem in my ratio.
R: 1.002 U: 339.38 GB D: 338.82 GB
i change my Torrent pas and RSS pasand redownload the torrent but nothing happens.
I'm currently using utorrent 3.3
help don't know what to do.....

Get an older version of µTorrent. Version 3.3 isn't whitelisted yet.

what version should i download?

That's up to you, as long as it's on the list.

still not working. i'm now using 1.8.3
