Cant access bakabt.me from Vietnam

Title says all. I am using Japanese VPN to accessing this forum. This problem always occured from 7:00 AM GMT+7 on my computer.

In approximately two hours the tracker will go down for maintenance for ~45 min. It usually happens every day around the same time.
