Nope.  I literally added a qualifier to the statement.  It is, however, a clarification as well, so *shrug*.  I did, however, use the proper word =) .

Using the same IP for different accounts CAN be an issue, but is easily resolved by speaking with the staff on IRC.  Using the same IP for the SAME account, but for separate torrents on different PCs (in other words, on separate PCs behind a LAN), also should not be a problem, as far as I know, any more than seeding separate torrents from a seedbox and one's own PC is.
