If you were able to enter the world of anime, which anime series would you go to if you could only pick one? What would you do there and such? For me, I'd go into the world of Neon Genesis Evangelion.

Darker Than Black's. Of course I'd need to have my random power and ridiculous side-effect ( I cannot remember the exact word most subbers used)

I asked a friend one time and he gave a pretty smart answer; he said he'd go to Doraemon's world because then he could asked Doraemon to open doors to other anime-verses.

Most would be scary as fuck if you weren't the main protagonist or something.

I suppose if I could be the lead, albeit still a girl and how I look now, then I'd probably choose Sora no Otoshimono. Except... things would turn into a hentai real fast.

There's probably "better" ones, but in most I'd probably end up getting tentacle raped, and in that one I could practically be god. I mean, I pretty much have my very own genie-slave-girls that'll do whatever I want.

Nearly god-like powers and instant harem. Yes please.

As much as I love to spectate the world of NGE, I don't think I would want to visit. At any moment I could be crushed by angel or obliterated due to a character's decision to bring about the end of the world. If I could bang Asuka, Rei, or Misato, I might reconsider.

Otherwise, I would like to visit any anime world where I can participate in a light and fluffy daily routine centered around a high school with cute, small breasted tsunderes who I could romance and then get intimate with (if you know what I mean).

GITS would be another one. I would love to be able to party like there is no tomorrow and suffer no consequences because my body could flush out any impurities.

My roommate said the same thing! He said he'd go to Bleach given the characters (Orihime, for example), but if he wasn't a significant character then he'll end up in the sidelines. I thought the same thing, too, that if we weren't anyone special then it'd pretty much just like the real world, haha.

Banging those three would also do it for me.

But know that "You can (not) bang Asuka", Asuka will bang you

The Idea of going into a world where basically mankind has enslaved the gods angels and use them as weapons is very interesting, but if you are an non protagonist you gonna be in a bunker in fear and if you are a protagonist your chances of survival are very low : remember Asuka getting torn into pieces by Mass production models and Rei setting off a nuclear device. Not funny.

I wouldn't want to go into any Anime-verse with tentacles involved ... that is the redline for me.

Dragonball Z would be fun because I like Wilma and the whole Capsule Corporation thing, and Ben-to would be fun if only to meet the Female Cast.

Are we assuming that we are going to be in Anime form in this anime verse ? Cause some girls could become too ugly if not.

Yeah, I think it'd be best if we were in anime form when we go into an anime-verse that we choose. I'd also like to live as a freeloader in Rurouni Kenshin. It seems like a nice place.

I was going to say this, but honestly, I would want to be in Sword Art Online as in the game SAO, not anywhere in the series since there are two distinct games within the anime series.

Personally one of the appeals of Anime is the idealized forms of beauty that drawn on screen, which taps on the beauty of real women in a blend of Caucasian and Asian alike while at the same time include weird stuff like green hair, which for some reason fit in. If it was a "life action" universe all of that would either be lost or become goofy. I want to be in Anime form.

I just hope you are not the young lady who is being held hostage by a maniac who want to rape your mind in the game before raping your comatose body in the real world... Some people dismiss SAO as being childish and illogical, but some of the stuff that happen in that anime are fucked up if you think about it.

Lol. This sort of did happen after the game SAO ended, but yeah, that would be rather unfortunate if I ended up in Asuna's place. It is childish, but I have played a lot games, so initially that is my reasoning behind why I would want to be placed in such a "childish and illogical" world. I'm a bit fan of medieval history, not that I would want to be transported to the time of feudalism, but it fascinated me most of all the anime's I have watched. I enjoyed the setting of SAO despite the circumstances in which the characters ended up there.

Three immediately come to mind for me.

Highschool of the Dead - Dumb zombies, zombie bashing and uh, the girls. Yes, the girls.
SAO - Being a gamer, the thought of playing in a life or death online game is extremely appealing to me.
Gantz - Power suits, aliens, blowing shit up. Mhm. Good times.
