Anime Rip!

I installed MakeMKV on my computer, and tried to rip a DVD with [each girls episodes on it, but now a bunch of episodes are in one file...is there anyway to fix this or not?

You can split .MKV files with MKVToolnix.

Am I correct in assuming you took the DVD and used that program to turn it into an MKV? Might I suggest a better program called xmedia-recode which can be found at www.xmedia-recode.de
In the very rare case this doesn't work, freemake video converter works a charm as well. Freemake Video Converter can be found at www.freemake.com

Both of these programs do wonders for amature encoding directly from DVD
