What's a cour? Coors the beer is spelled as such. Or was it short for cougar? Newy, you old dog, are you cougar hunting?

Good shit. It leaves a lot of unanswered questions but then again I was always pretty sure it wasn't going to address them anyway. The anime follows its own motto: nothing else matters as long as the show is interesting.

I love this show. Easily the best of the season, in my opinion. Maybe of the entire year so far. It was just so much fun, and it really did an amazing job of bringing the magical underside of Japan's ancient capital to life. 9/10, easily.
I really hope there's a second season. The ending was open enough for them to manage it, but at the same time it did feel quite final. Hopefully it sold well enough to warrant it.

It was definitely the best thing on Sunday until football started back.
I do think it will be hard to write more episodes, even using the current ton of questions we all want to know. There were stories within stories. How would they reproduce that, and not make it feel like they were just milking the franchise? As an example, how many side stories are there about the mother? (click to show/hide)Why is she a prince? What would professor Hotei do if he knew she was the tanuki, beside what he did with her as a tanuki? How did mom and dad meet?I would really like to see more, if they can keep it at such a high level of quality writing.
(click to show/hide)You don't get bad karma from wanting Ebisugawa getting boiled in the hot pot do you? Especially as he was able to flee Kyoto.

Is this show licensed? How come noone have made an offer?
