From first glance, this sounds like an ecchi show.
If it is, I sure hope they are thinking it right or they may just blow this thing up with too much nonsense or just too stupid (even for an ecchi show)

I swear there must be an ongoing competition to come up with the longest title. 10 years ago, "Hagane no Renkinjutsushi" must have seemed like a mouthful, but now we have to resort to portmanteaus to have any chance of keeping titles straight.
Still, seems like a promising guilty pleasure show, and the Chocolat girl looks like a slightly younger Sena Kashiwazaki :-*
