Another uTorrent 3.2.3 Problem

Hello all,

I apologize for posting yet another one of these threads, but I'm not sure what to do. I've tried following past suggestions with no luck.

I'm a new user, which may be the problem. I'm trying to download this torrent. There is no error, it detects no swarm, and so it just displays "Downloading 0.0%" forever.

Let me know what I can supply to aid you. Thanks.

Check your tracker status message.

Chances are you're using a beta build of 3.2.3, which would not be allowed. The tracker status message should tell you if that's the problem.

There is no blatant "this is a problem" message that I see (or one that says I'm using a beta build), but next to DHT, Local Peer Discovery, and Peer Exchange it says "not allowed". I guess that's assumed given my situation, though.

Edit: No luck. :( Turns out I already had build 28705.

Edit 2: HOLY SMOKES! I never uninstalled my original uTorrent, never even exited it, but now my Code Geass OST is downloading at 3+ Mb/s for seemingly no reason except that I waited it out long enough. Any insight? The Darker Than Blacker OST still hasn't begun downloading.

To clarify, under the "trackers" tab, it still says none of those things from earlier are allowed for the Code Geass OST, but now it says "working" beside the tracker link as opposed to "tracker sending..." for Darker Than Black.

Edit 3: Now, Code Geass isn't seeding. Well, it says "Seeding" in red, but it isn't actually doing so. It will occasionally state that I'm connected to a few peers, however it immediately disconnects from them. I seeded for about 10 seconds after finishing the download. When I run the Network test in uTorrent it says "Port is not open (you are still able to download)". Looks like I'll have to invest time in port forwarding.

Sorry for this torrent (pun intended) of feedback, figured everything I can describe helps.

IIRC, 'tracker sending ...' error is caused by old versions of Avast in Windows 8.

Snap...I use Avast on Windows 8. Didn't notify me that it wasn't updated...fixing now.

Edit: Upgrading and rebooting has allowed the DTB OST to begin downloading! Slowly, but downloading nonetheless. Code Geass is still not seeding, but it does say "working". I guess I'm just not needed right now as the seed:leech ratio is so high. You guys are awesome, thank you. I will read up on port forwarding as I assume that is something I should still do.

Thanks to AI_Sleeper for finding the incredibly simple solution and the rest of you for taking your time. Really appreciate it.

No proxy, no Avast, Firewall Exception made. It was working just fine SIX days ago when I downloaded: http://bakabt.me/142027-shakugan-no-shana-exiled-destiny.html

Clearly there is now an issue with the tracker as I haven't updated uTorrent since I installed it, which was well over a week ago. Meaning I downloaded that above torrent on 3.3 uTorrent.

so you guys are also having trouble with the tracker? i am on 3.3 as well because i reinstalled Windows and lost the old 3.2 setup for uTorrent so i went for 3.3.
It doesn't report about the not supported torrent Software but "No connection can be made, the machine refuse" or some sort like that.
 It has been for about a few hours.
 It didn't happen like a few days ago when i did download a torrent from this site.
