Seeding but nothing is being uploaded

As the title suggests I've just started to seed Another [BD 720p][Coalgirls] http://bakabt.me/167667-another-bd-720p-coalgirls.html but when I look at the upload section in uTorrent it still says 0KB. When I go back to BakaBT I find that in fact I have 1 active torrent which is said torrent but my seeding ratio is not going up. I need to raise the ratio because I've been warned and can not download anything now to bring it up. The torrent in question has 407 seeders and 23 leechers. Do the math yourself.
