OK, look. First, delete all your torrents. Not the actual data, but just remove them all from utorrent and delete the .torrent files. Then go to BakaBT and download them again. And this time, don't change them. This is, as far as utorrent and the tracker are concerned, a private tracker, and so it works exactly like every other private tracker in existence. In other words, you can't add other tracker urls to a BBT torrent, and you cannot add the BBT tracker url to any other torrent. Doing so will not work, and - as has been mentioned already - the system is liable to detect it and automatically ban you. There should only be 1 (ONE) tracker url listed in utorrent, and that url should be the same for all BBT torrents you have running. This is all explained in the wiki, but you clearly didn't pay any attention.
Now, if it still doesn't work, the problem is clearly at your end somewhere. Go into utorrent's settings and make sure it isn't trying to connect through a proxy server, or if you do actually use a proxy, make sure the settings are all correct. Make sure you're not running Peerblock or some other software which might block the tracker connection. If it still doesn't work, go ask on the utorrent forums, since it's a utorrent problem, and not a BakaBT problem.
Oh, also, I'm not sure why those screenshots show tracker urls with different private keys, but using multiple accounts is not allowed here. So make sure you don't do that either.
