Lost torrents

Hi!
I have 100+ downloads, but none is active, I have all the files and know where they are. But, due do an nr of OS reinstallations, i don’t have a single one anymore. So how can I get the self torrent tracker in Vuze back up online so i can seed all these gigs of lovely anime?
Do I have to make another torrent file, download them agen from bakaBT and it recognises the file and don’t download it, just check and seed it, or how do i do?

im not sure have vuze works but found did it in transmission is you put the file in your incomplete folder and load said torrent from here the run it it either check files you got or you have to force recheck that's my guess try this that in the faq first tho
