Seeding question

Yes, I have already read the FAQ, I just didn't really understand what to do. Now I have these files on my computer, they're downloaded from another site but the exact files are on BakaBT as well. My ratio is 'pretty' low and recently I got warned.

So the FAQ says something along the lines of ''Delete the files and re-download them in order to seed them back to BakaBT'', but what exactly does it mean by ''files''? The actual file (which is around 15 GB) or the TORRENT file? I mean, it took me days to fully download it... It may not even be that complicated, but the FAQ got me confused right now.

Thanks. And just to make sure I won't mess up, even though it might sound stupid, I'm gonna have to remove the actual file along with its torrent file, right?

You don't really need to remove anything, but if you want to, the torrent files, not the episodes themselves (data).
DL the BakaBT torrent and point it towards the data files, and in some way cause a "re-check".
And my constant advice; make a copy of the data files first, just in case something goes wrong.

I don't think you should put that in quotes if that's not what the FAQ says, because that's definitely not what the FAQ says (in a more serious setting, you could get sued for slander). Care to point out where exactly it says to delete the files?
