Under Tracker tab,
"No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it"
I'm using utorrent 3.2.3 build 28705 which is the one from the website whitelist unless I mistakenly downloaded the wrong one.
The torrents downloaded just fine. And if you check my page, they actually uploaded some as well, but now they're not. The target location is correct. I've had it check the files, it verifies they are there 100%, but then when I look it shows 0 peers, etc. Essentially it looks like no one is connected out there (clearly not the case).
It's been like this since... Well about 8pm today (I'm pacific standard, and it's about 3 am right now).
From looking at the WIKI and the FAQ I'm uncertain what to do from here. I have tried deleting my torrent files, redownloading them from my inactive list on my profile, and then pointing the download location of the torrent to where the files are on the computer. It then proceeds to check the files, etc.
Can someone please help me? My search-fu got me this far but I'm still no closer to solving the problem of the red seeding bar and not seeding anymore.
