Seeding problems.

I see lots of peers, but can't seem to connect to them. Before the tracker went down the other day I was averaging a little over 1mbs on uploads. Now, I can't seem to get over 150kbs. Is this usual when the tracker goes down for such a long time?

Probably there's not enough people leeching from the torrents that you are seeding.
