If not a secret, which ones? For me it's important that SolidWorks and Unigraphics NX8 work on an OS. Also NI Multisim (even though it is strictly EDA, not CAD)

I use Solid Edge for most Engineering works, simulate using Autodesk Inventor Multiphysics FEA suit for FEA, and if I have time I do some video illustration using Bryce7 just to make is look cute.

So my OS should be compatible to these three to make me happy.  ;)

What I want to know is is it safe to watch porn on it?
I don't want the whole world to know I'm watching porn, or watched porn on it.

An OS made for social needs on a PC..... Sounds bad enough.
But my question seems more like a joke right?

As someone who was once surprised watching porn and doing certain action in boarding school, complete with that instant when you ask for a hole to hide yourself for ever  :-[ ... I can assure you that your question is DEAD serious.

I don't want facebook updates about the tentacles videos I am watching on facebook.  :-\

The only way you'll be sure:

Don't watch porn on it. Anyone with a bit of pc know how can take your hdd apart and see what has been on it. There are programs to wipe discs but hey,... forensics can unearth a lot what ppl think they have securely erased. To be sure that no one can read the hdd... destroy it. Bring a sledgehammer down on it a couple of times till the discs inside shatter or are completely bent.
The alternative:

-snickers-

* Get a dedicated porn pc that has no connection to your other system(s).
* Hide it locked away with biometric locks in your basement behind a fake wall bolted to the concrete floor. Thats the way for the paranoid.

P.S.: If they were interested your ISP can find out what you dl =)

To be caught "hairy handed" is not fun. I'll believe that though.
