Reseeding old torrents

So, I have a ton of torrents that I had lost when my hard drive crashed, but I have the series itself still downloaded on my external hard drive. I no longer have the links for them on utorrent, so is there a way to actually retorrent them without downloading them again? Sorry if this doesn't make much sense, but I hope you can help me.
