Chitose Maki with Strawberry Panic

What is it with Chitose Maki - the original illustrator of Strawberry Panic?
How come I can't find anything on her? No photos, no bio, no data, no nothing really.
And why did she unexpectedly and suddenly quit with Strawberry Panic in 2005?
Has anyone seen any info on that during the years?
Did she ever exist?
Strange, it is.
