Found this framed Akira poster. Is it worth anything?

I found this Akira poster for sale. They want $55 US for it. It seems to be in perfect condition and has some plaque like thing on the bottom. I found another on Ebay for $49 US with no plaque, just a normal poster. I'm not sure if this is like some collectors version or something?
