I watched Nichijou and I forgot which episode it has the scene where Sakurai Izumi keeps apologising to a also timid checkout chick. Izumi was buying a sweet/cake at that time. The checkout chick asked for the name of the product (the cake); which Izumi misunderstood replying her "full name".
