Pretty sure those are from the Mexican-Spanish releases. All of the releases I saw when I did a quick search looked like they might be bootlegs, though. No seller listed the company who released the DVDs or the Region for the discs and they used stock art for the covers, all of which are red flags for questioning their legitimacy -especially together. The dubbed rips I'm aware of are almost all from VHS sources, but maybe there's an official one out there. Not to my knowledge, anyway.
I don't know what your native language is, but you might be able to dig up a Japanese audio copy with subtitles in Spanish, Italian, or Russian. If someone ripped their bootlegs, that is. It might not be great, but it's something. I've gone that route before to watch some of the World Masterpiece Series.

That's why all the existing DVDs with subtitles don't suit my needs. :(
English would do just fine.
