Upload statistics stopped updating

I did that. but my upload still 35 when i closed utorrent as you said Freedom Kira, i closed utorrent from many way, from what you said before and from windows task manager using end process tree, but it still wont work.

Naturally. It's the very reason your statistics is not updated properly.

If you kill the program forcefully, like with a big axe, you can't expect it to be able to report to the tracker before exiting, right?
"End process tree" is probably the most violent way to kill a program on Windows.
Exit your torrent client gracefully with the menu option.

yep that make sense, i tried to remove remove all my complete download and download a manga from bakabt, my download seems active but not with my upload, it still frozen at 35
