Minimum Ratio

As the title suggests what is the general ratio for seeding that one needs to be in the clear. A range would be alright. Thanks for any help provided.

More than 0.15.

Remak:
I always try to stay between .75 and 1.2. I think I'm around 1.8 or something right now.  :-\
