Kitakubu Katsudou Kiroku

Description: Kitakubu (literally, go-home club) is Japanese slang for kids who go home instead of joining clubs, sports, or other afterschool activities. In one high school, there is a real Kitakubu of girls who do whatever they like. The president is a free spirit named Sakura, while Botan is the combative heir to a school of ancient martial arts. Claire happens to be the daughter of the head of the powerful Kokonoe conglomerate. Natsuki joins the club at the invitation of another freshman, Karin, but she is unprepared for the hijinks there.

It sounds entertaining. A club that isn't a club with cuts girls. I'm hoping for a high level of comedy.

Sorry, that is what I meant. It's not an actual entry but at least it provides some info. I was just saying you can look there if you want some basic info. I should have clarified.

I thought it was about "cutters"? No?

That was a funny ep, I liked that the show didn't take itself too serious, for example those endings that weren't endings.

None so far, but CR does it, so I assume Commie will pick it up eventually.

As for the show, I liked the first episode. Most of the gags have been used in other shows before, and at least two of the girls are obvious K-ON! expys – Karin is pretty much Yui in both looks and behavior, and Claire is a spitting image of Mugi, both being absurdly rich and wanting to live a normal life, despite being utterly clueless about it.

So who else is watching this? I wasn't sure for the first couple of episodes, but it's really got going now, and is actually pretty damn funny. Ep 4 had me laughing out loud several times, which is quite an achievement.

The tsukkomi gets a bit over the top at times, but that's about my only complaint so far. This is good stuff.
