^ This, go get some exercise. It'll make you look better, feel better and give you something to do. It doesn't have to be anything super strenuous/fancy/costly like going to the gym, for example, I go for a 10k run every day or two, play basketball and skate. Don't push yourself too hard at the start though, everyone has to start small and build up.
Even something as simple as going for a walk for a couple hours is good. Just stick on some tunes and go do something.
