Rainy weather in January, too warm during the day to actually require you to wear anything other than a light jacket. The world can't even winter properly anymore

Actually, Quebec's winter being colder than Scandinavian winter is nothing new, although usually it's not by that much.

Don't be a douche. Quebecers have answered by the negative in 2 separate occasions when asked whether they wanted to be their own country. Seperatism is a dying movement and the biggest difference between the Partie Libérale and the Partie Québécois is that one faps to bankrupt students and the other to French music.
