Actually, Quebec's winter being colder than Scandinavian winter is nothing new, although usually it's not by that much.

I heard Quebec isn't Canada when it doesn't want to be though? It's french or some other country that isn't Canada because fuck yeah Quebec!

OnT: The fire alarm went off in my building at 6AM this morning, and I had to stand outside until 730am.
