I noticed a lot of people said Hikaru No Go. How much of this is really left unanimated? I don't recall. I read the entire manga series and watched all 75 episodes, but I thought they covered pretty much everything in the anime.
I never read the manga, so ignore me if what I'm saying doesn't make any sense. I'd be interesting in seeing the series skip forward 20-30 years and have a new story with them as adults, although that's something that would be easy to screw up.

Hellsing could even use a prequel  I would love to see how Hellsing tamed Alucard,  but I would also like to see Seras become more bad ass too

The manga goes a bit further showing them training at Touya's house for the upcoming teen cup (whatever it was called).  And later on covers that whole tournament, even meeting that Korean kid again.  But if they left after that, I bet more would complain because the story doesn't go as most would want.  I, not included.  I wish there was one more special covering it.

I would say, maybe not in the order but all of them need some kind of an continuation.

Get Backers
Tenjou Tenge
Hikaru No Go
Tsubasa Chronicle
Death Note (maybe a 3 episode OVA providing more incite into the world after *Kira*)
Air Gear
Run Dim (some more background would help)
Fruits Basket
Kaze no Stigma
Peacemaker Kurogane
Initial D ( I know a lot of people hate it but I like it and that is that)
Prince of Tennis ( show me his life after the tournament!, show me his career to going Pro!)
Ichigo 100%
Tokko
Welcome to the NHK
Hajime No Ippo
Slam Dunk
12 Kingdoms
Claymore
Bastard
Berserk
Ghost Hunters
Black Blood brothers
Xenosaga
Devil May Cry
Hunter X Hunter
Baki the Grappler

Best I can think of now, but I'm shure after some sleep I will think of more.

Elfen Lied. Meh, nvm, that one ended perectly.

Berserk

Cowboy Bebop -
(click to show/hide)
Claymore - Ended pretty badly

Lucky Star - Definitely deserves another season (which it will most likely get)

Full Metal Alchemist... Maybe? I haven't seen any of the OVA's or the movie, so I don't know if they actually finished the show in the movie.

Seirei No Moribito - There are 7 novels in total, and Guardian of the Sacred Spirit was the first of them. The show was pure quality, in both animation and story. It definitely deserves a sequel. No doubt about it.

All I can think of right now. -.-

The movie ended it pretty well. I can't imagine a sequel being worth watching at all.

Well first I only believe very few great shows could pull off more seasons without screwing up but if they would make decent episodes then:

Initial D needs more episodes urgently.
GTO would also be welcome.
BECK has enough manga to make another superb season,

they will. though not entirely sure.haha

maybe they'd air it after haruhi 2?

oh, i would love to see konata's reaction. maybe it's like: she calls all of her friends just to say "Haruhi 2 is out!!!" oh, that would be pretty funny. haha.

Claymore - Ended pretty badly

Lucky Star - Definitely deserves another season (which it will most likely get) (agreed)

Full Metal Alchemist - Another movie sorting out stuff about Winry, we all know it, she deserves better XD

Azumanga Daioh - just a dream about this great show, new girls new adventures etc, the mention of the previous girls only for fun, but like l said this great anime deserves a dream about a nice sequel ;]

Hellsing - it actually does not need any sequel as the Ultimate version sorts things out better, tough it could be fun to see a sequel l admit.

Tengou tenge - everyone thingks this needs a sequel or a better ending, but in reality you have to understand the ending to make a comment, it ended sucky for normal viewers but in my opinion it ended properly (l mean it has a proper ending that all)

Ichigo Mashimaru - MORE !! :D

Rozen Maiden - altough it ended pretty half assed l could watch some more eps of this.

Blood Trinity - this does NOT need any sequels, but a prequel yes !

Naruto - before flames come up on me, l'd like to see a series of how they actually ended up :D l only watched 52 eps so now you can flame on me.

Fate - this needs some more story ;]

Bible Black - a proper sequel, the "New Testament" didn't end did it ?

l wonder if l missed anything, l' might add some more later.

Code-E sequel coming in July 2008 aka "Mission-E"  .. finally!!  ;D I mean some shows have at least some kind of ending.. even if they don't provide any kind of satisfying closure.. but this, though it was great up to the end and culminated in a climax.. was just cut off.  as if it were to be continued the next week but was canceled.  Anyways, sooo glad they decided to release a sequel.. (over a year later)

and Jigoku Shoujo 3 coming this fall.. yay!!
