Rurouni Kenshin - the ending sucked and the manga continued further.

anime didnt follow manga at all.... anime past shishio was total crap.

however i highly doubt we will ever see the rest animated... due to legalities

well actually the anime did continue........ there was 2 ova......... it happens way later when he is a littler older

no good anime deserves a sequel, only gets ruined. That's what usually happens anyway. Though I really would like to see an anime made of Onizuka's gang times-- ^^'

Meh, Honey & Clover 2 was good. Then again, I'm a different school of taught then you with anime

Most animes suck, it's sad yet true =(

On topic,
Berserk
Yakitate Japan
Eureka Seven
Honey and Clover 3, when they don't have a pedo incest ending
Beck so need more
Fatal Fury Movies, Geese Howard was going choke a bitch.

All I can think of at this moment.
Other great animes, that are done
Cowboy Bepop - Spike is dead, don't beat a dead horse. Anime is awesome, but let it live in it's glory.
Samurai Champloo - Anything they add to that anime will probly ruin it.

I can't think, I'm tired.

Honey & Clover II was awesome. As for the ending of that,

the ova about kenshin before the series should have come immediately after the shishio segment, and the ova after is more of a summary and skips alot of the manga after shishio to basically the very very end with the fight against enishi.  it barely counts as continuing the story.

I would personally like to see a continuation of Chobits, even though the anime covers the entire manga (I think). There's a number of things that go unexplained in the series, and it'd just be nice to see more.

They should continue Full Metal Alchemist as well, or better yet, completely re-make the anime to follow the manga.

I can see a sequel to samurai champloo, but not to inuyasha.  To me the series ended in the first ten minutes of the second movie, they killed naraku and that was it.  Plus it stopped being the inuyasha show and it became the butt of the joke that makes the rounds at the comic shop and the big couch where we watch the saturday stuff.  It goes something like this....Inuyahsa! Kagome! Inuyasha! Kagome!  Tetsuo!  Kaneda...Wrong movie Bitch!!!

Here´s my thoughts:

MACROSS - Definetly, i mean, the Macross Universe is just too huge to leave untouched... and i´m talking quality Macross, like Plus or Zero kind... The PS games (VF-X) had a nice story, so maybe it could follow something like that....

I´m not saying turn the games into anime, It´s an example as to how rich the Macross Universe is...

DearS - The anime got to vol. 3 of the manga, there´s still 5 more to go, and I can assure it gets real interesting

FULL METAL PANIC - No explanation needed

TENJOU TENGE - Oh!Great! is just waiting to first sell the manga before going into the 2nd season

SLAYERS - Incredible series, and the new manga is really great

well, that´s about it... :P well, at least what i can remember

*MIDNIGHT DETECTIVE NIGHTWALKER too, I mean, such an open ending... and the series was very nice

Lonely Soldier Boy
Top 5 Current Animes: 1- Macross Frontier, 2- Utawarerumono, 3- Gundam 00, 4- Fate/Stay Night, 5- Haruhi Suzumiya no Yuutsu

Gantz needs a sequel because I didn't get the series so they need to add on to it to clarify it more for me. Maybe if they threw some naruto fillers in there it would make more sense i guess.

I agree with Fish13.  There should have been a sequel to Berserk.  That ending devastated me

I would have to agree with, the ending bugged the hell outta me.

1. Gantz - I watched the series and there was something I loved about it but the ending was quite upsetting. After reading all the stuff in the manga all they way up to 2nd phase which started last week I have to say, there is nothing I would love to see more than see this series redone/continued however necessary. I don't doubt it's popularity would sky rocket once they get to the areas where the game really starts to reveal itself. Please if the people in charge of this had any common sense it would be continued! I would enjoy it as much as Bleach storyline.

2. Berserk - This series has definitely needed to be continued. It's one of my favorite mangas of all time and it has a good 200+ episodes it could put out. The original anime was well done but for this to happen it would have to be remade due to the fact all of volume 9 was discarded due to the intensity of it. It definitely wouldn't air on TV.

3. Tenjo Tenge - I love this anime and was quite upset about where it left off. I have yet to read the manga past that point but I'm guessing quite a bit happens.

i wouldnt watch gantz again if it continued... it was way tooo SLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it reminds me of dbz powering up taking 3 episodes to charge an attack.
::needs a new sig, but too lazy to make one::
